FemForward YoungLeaders
FemForward YoungLeaders is our upcoming new 3-month program designed to build a powerful young network of Arab and Jewish female youth between the ages of 17 and 21. The program is tailored for groups of 4 girls who will work together on building social impact initiatives. The goal is to cultivate the next generation of leaders that drive peace and diversity in the MENA region. Our ethos is that through creating together and working towards social good, we build long-lasting and authentic bridges. Each group will be assigned two mentors - one who is a successful entrepreneur and one who is a graduate of the FemForward Leaders program, building a rich and diverse ‘sisterhood’.
The program kicks off with a 4-day retreat in Cumbria, England, hosted by the Rose Castle Foundation, renowned for providing foundational leadership skills and fostering interfaith dialogue. A series of 14 weekly workshops on various topics in social impact and leadership comprises the core of the program. The journey concludes with a final summit in Israel where senior diplomats and industry experts evaluate each team’s initiative.
Launching in Fall 2024 with 16 Arab and Jewish young women from Israel, our goal is to expand internationally by the second cohort in 2025, welcoming participants from across the MENA region and Western universities.
